Our Mental Health and Trauma program is one of our flagship initiatives, providing year-round healing and support. This program has transformed lives by helping justice-impacted women, girls, and gender-fluid individuals confront and heal from the deep-rooted trauma that often led to their justice involvement. Through counseling and group counseling, participants learn to process their pain, rebuild their self-worth, and develop healthy coping mechanisms. Many have shared that this program gave them the tools to break cycles of abuse, restore relationships, and reclaim their sense of purpose, empowering them to thrive and after incarceration.

Through workshops, mentorships, skill-building, and wellness support, we equip justice-impacted women, girls, and gender-fluid individuals with the tools to rise above trauma and embrace their trauma.
